Synopsis:
Spend an afternoon of creativity, culture and community at the Tanjong Pagar–Tiong Bahru PAssionArts Festival 2026. Residents and families can enjoy a range of hands-on fringe activities from 5pm, including coaster decorating, ice cream soap making, UV clay making, fan marbling, coffee painting, windmill making, edible flower planting and various upcycling and keychain-making activities. The festivities will also feature a Chinese Orchestra performance from 6pm, adding a touch of cultural flair to the evening.
